Ingredients
90% sweet potato, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, maize starch, salt, tapioca dextrin, colour E160c, raising agents E450, E500, thickener E415.
Preparation
Deep fry in cooking oil at 175 °C for 1,5–2 minutes or in an oven, preheated at 225 °C for 15–20 minutes turn halfway. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Due to varying conditions, cooking times are a guideline only.
