Put the frozen vegetables into slightly boiling water. Prepare as fresh vegetables with reduced boiling time. Season to taste. Other Information : Salt exists exclusively because the product contains a normal amount of sodium.

Keep Frozen at -18 °C Country of Origin Hungary, Poland, Spain, France and Slovakia

Once the product is defrosted, do not refreeze. Do not eat the product after expiry date.
